CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Twin City Skate requires full payment of lesson fees prior to the commencement of the term.
2. Lessons are non-refundable and not transferable for cash or credit.
3. If you are unable to attend a lesson, please contact Bec and we will endeavour to provide a make-up lesson before the end of the term of your booking.
4. Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Items must be in original packaging and original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required prior to return.
FULL PRICE PRODUCTS
(Edea and Roll-Line products)
If you decide to change your mind, refund, exchange or store credit (3 year expiry) is available on full price products within 30 days of receiving the item.
CLOSING DOWN SALE
(All items excluding Edea, Roll-Line and Preloved Artistic Skates are reduced by 50% off RRP)
Exchange or store credit (3 year expiry) is available on sale items within 30 days of receiving the item.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

STEP 1 Contact Twin City Skate via email to arrange a return/exchange/store credit.
STEP 2 For refund and exchange purchase a return label for Parcel Post through Australia Post https://auspost.com.au​ or visit your local Post Office.
STEP 3 Package the item/s with return/exchange confirmation email and post with tracking to the return address provided.
